Yes, I agree on that front, After I was told to stop, and warned about the consequences I did stop, thats why I feel this is unfair.

I mean tbh he didn't use it in any way to his advantage so and he's clearly now learnt that he has fucked up, it's not fair that he now can be referred to as a "cheater" as this will now stay on his record and is arguably the worst thing to have on your record. But he hadn't even used any of this to gain and advantage on players so IMO he should have this removed, he's now learnt his lesson so tbh there is no need for him to be referred to as a "cheater" over a simple little thing like this that can be solved with just a talking to.

no ur not getting it, we understand that he should've been initially punished, but upon reflection knowing that he wasn't cheating, why should a cheating punishment stay in place?

the policy doesn't say jack shit about punishments staying in place, use some logic and change the reason of the punishment to something that isn't cheating because that's not what he did - give him a warn for wasting staff time

obviously the policy states that anything that displays cheat menus is valid evidence of cheats, however we know that he wasn't cheating however was able to display something that looked like a cheat menu - was not a functional cheat menu therefore does it actually count for anything?

tl;dr: wasn't cheating, dont warn for cheating, warn for wasting staff time

It's been said it'll be talked about in the LT meeting so ill just lock this and an outcome will be posted by then, clearly some people just want to take this a step too far and be annoying about it so if it's anyone to blame then it's them /shrug
