Story: i told my traitor teammate to go down the ladder of tower so i wouldn't accidentally kill him with my Recombobulator, i then told him again and saw him go down the ladder, i fired my recombobulator and it killed him (must have come up without me seeing him) and he reported me, i responded to the report by saying i was sorry but i did tell him to go down ladder, he kept report but told me in chat he meant forgive, i told fox this but was told "go down tower" isn't warning.

This seems a lot more like an accidental kill on a teammate rather than a blatant RDM, which can happen in a lot of ways during a T round (traps, C4, a T weapon not working as planned) and I don’t believe any of those should be considered RDM and punished for.	eddie. Greetings, Schmidt!
After speaking to Fox, I came to the conclusion to ACCEPT this appeal, as you were only doing your job by using the recombobulator and it isn't your fault that your Traitor buddy got killed in the process, which you had warned him for in the first place.
Fox himself confirmed your story is true and that he noticed that you were forgiven but by that time it was too late.
