what does your evidence help? He told you that you can appeal it, the same as any punishment someone would like removed. That doesn’t mean the punishment is any less valid, especially seen as it wasn’t David who even punished you.

Also try to include a bit more detail maybe... you haven’t even stated your reasoning for the kill that got you this warn, leading me to believe this was just a blatant RDM and you’re just trying your chances with appealing it.
