Story/Situation:
-When I log in, disrespectful messages come from "Ash Williams". I told him "shut up" because it's been two days since he disrespects me and harasses me because I won a "cf" 6-0.

-Then he told me "harassment" while I told him "shut up" then he said "stop harassing me" so I also told him "stop harassing me" because it's been 2 days since he is disrespectful and harasses me

-Then as soon as I said "Stop harassing me", he warned me, while I also told him that he stops harassing me.

Plus he puts me on a warn instantly without even discussing that, and I have not even had any recent

From what i had heard and discussed with both users, sinz had been harassing ash for days now about some coinflip, now sinz was complaining that the warn was invalid because he had no other recent punishments, but from what i heard, he had been told to stop many many times, and this was the final time, therefore was warned. the only time he said "stop harassing me" is when he "TP" me too I warned him to stop, but he warned me while I warned him too to stop

I did not laugh at him, besides he blocked me on steam and discord because I won a scu and I posted on the forum to show them the result, this topic was based on the result

he did this because he is sad to have lost a scu ,what is the problem?

Sinzz I'm going to be perfectly honest with you. This is very common of you, We've seen stuff as such in the past especially regarding money/items, you tend to stalk and annoy people very often until you are pleased. I'm not sure if you are doing this unconsciously (even though I doubt that's the case especially after so many verbal warnings) or if this is some sort of indulgence to you. For both your own sake and Ash's time and experience on ZARP, It'd be best to obey what he told you and simply avoid any kind of communication/interaction with him unless completely necessary.

I am someone vigilant and serious about everything I do, so if I made this appeal it's not for fun it's for a reason

After looking through your appeal and talking to Ash about it, i've decided to deny it. You have been harassing Ash for the last three days because he lost a coinflip. You have been following him ingame whilst calling him out in voice chat and you have made forum posts about him even after being told to stop. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. You should think about your actions.

Your warning will not be removed.
