Punishment Reason - Shooting a building base

Story/Situation - i was running after a criminal and he was shooting me so i had my m202 out and i started shooting on him one of the rockets hit a side wall of a building base
Extra Information - i did apologize to the guy and gave him some money as a refund. tho he told clarky that we solved it and i didn't mean too also . yet he warned me reason (destroying a building base by "crossfire")
