I did like you as SA, but looking at what you said you just don't have the time to do so. Even if they are totally valid reasons the LT on the server should have enough time to fulfill all duties without problems, just try to get it back when you got that time again and be fellow admin for now. I'm gonna go wild with this and start listing all the arguments of why the Head Administrators should reconsider Lotto's demotion.
1. Lotto is a very important member.
The reason why I say this is because he IS! I don't know what "LT Duties" he didn't do, but from what I see, he is a helping hand in everywhere and never sleeps when there is work to do. He has trained countless great staff (including me) and has never made a mistake in doing so.
2. Lotto helps others way more than anyone.
I already mentioned he has trained countless members, but what you may have not acknowledged was the fact that I, myself have always asked Lotto first if I needed help with something, whether it was handling my first Punishment Request, dealing with a hacker, banning someone, you name it! And I'm sure he has helped others way more. The reason why I choose to ask Lotto isn't because he is my friend, the reason is that I think he is the most resourceful and the most chill SA there is.
Here are some screenshots of me asking Lotto for help (this is just discord! most of the time I ask on steam but unfortunately the old messages aren't viewable)

I know the HA wouldn't make a mistake, but all I'm asking is that you reconsider, as you can clearly tell how good of a staff member Lotto is as SA, he's a good example of a fun and hard-working staff. Why am I making this post so long? Again, not because me and Lotto are good buds (well, maybe a little), because I really didn't expect a demotion for him and I will do everything to make you reconsider. Thanks for reading this far.

Most of the people who are Admin+ Can help you with those, active SA's have a lot of these bitch ass chores they have to do every day which lotto didn't likely do to get demoted.

I understand, but Lotto being a Super Admin sets an example, and SA's are way more versatile in staffing.

The fact you even call me out for inactivity on you LT demontion appeal for being inactive is... well, stupid. Although I play on the server less than you (when you actually played on the server) I did much more regarding LT duties. You were constantly asked by HAs to do certain things which you said you would do then we find out a few days later you never even bothered. The only thing you did as SA is train people and the amount of complaints I’ve heard about your training says it all.

You are a great admin but don’t belong in the LT just yet. (Also calling me out on your appeal probably wasn’t the smartest thing to do).

EDIt: oh, and you also don’t care about being demoted, right?

I havent really been always asked to do something by a HA. My trainings they are fine but my pronounce of words are just shit. I do my shit but the HA ( Nina) just ask me things at times and I do those the only thing that I forgot to do was with Loli but thats it.
I dont care about my demotion? I do care about my demotion cause I have put so much in this and care about the server. Its just BS how the things have been going and compared with others. JimJam you have been doing shit after months you got SA but I aint going on that cause its not about calling you out. ( With the LT duties I try my best to do them cause I love to but at times when I get online they have been taken. JimJam you have aswell way more experience then me as SA. You have been SA 3-4 times now and this is my first time so I have to learn way more then you do.)

I get that but still the way how it went is dumb and not really smooth. After my holiday ( when I come back I have the time again and maybe I should have resign but how it went is more invalid cause I did my duties etc. I always have made time for my work to be SA.

but with the meetings I try and 9/10 in the meetings but lately I have been late in it. I try to make time for the meetings and I do most likely but if I cant or be late I notice them. IMO the did over rush the decision but they thought this was the best.

You say I'm doing "shit" but that clearly isn't true considering I still have my rank. I must be doing something. You were SA for what, 4 moths? That's more than enough time to learn the responsibilities this role has and do them.

Come on guys, it's clear Lotto is upset, we all would be if we lost this position, you have to forgive him.
