I'm gonna go wild with this and start listing all the arguments of why the Head Administrators should reconsider Lotto's demotion.
1. Lotto is a very important member.
The reason why I say this is because he IS! I don't know what "LT Duties" he didn't do, but from what I see, he is a helping hand in everywhere and never sleeps when there is work to do. He has trained countless great staff (including me) and has never made a mistake in doing so.
2. Lotto helps others way more than anyone.
I already mentioned he has trained countless members, but what you may have not acknowledged was the fact that I, myself have always asked Lotto first if I needed help with something, whether it was handling my first Punishment Request, dealing with a hacker, banning someone, you name it! And I'm sure he has helped others way more. The reason why I choose to ask Lotto isn't because he is my friend, the reason is that I think he is the most resourceful and the most chill SA there is.

Conclusion :

I know the HA wouldn't make a mistake, but all I'm asking is that you reconsider, as you can clearly tell how good of a staff member Lotto is as SA, he's a good example of a fun and hard-working staff. I don't doubt meetings are important, but does it really matter if he's doing his best being one of the best SA?
Why am I making this post so long? Again, not because me and Lotto are good buds (well, maybe a little), because I really didn't expect a demotion for him and I will do everything to make you reconsider. Thanks for reading this far.
