Staff Members Name - Jack Bushross (supposedly told by Nafe)
Punishment Reason - Exploiting night club, Forcing themself to be noclided with other players
Server - S1
Story/Situation - Me and around 7 other broccoli members got into the elevator and went to the nightclub. We walked around a bit and left. Around 5 mins later Jack Bushross froze 3 of us and informed us we were 'exploiting'. We were then kicked and the punishment added to our rap sheets.
Extra Information - I can see the reason why Jack Bushross did this and I can see why Nafe told him to, completely understandable. However I have no history of exploitation and it was completely unintentional I want to argue that the method taken for this was too harsh for a user with no recents and again no history of exploitation. I also want to argue that the nightclub, of which is rarely used, should be removed until the exploitations linked with it are fixed or indefinitely as if a player can enter the nightclub and instantly 'exploit' without intention I want to argue that it should not be on the zarp server.

After discussing the incident that took place on S1 just recently, involving yourself and a few other participants who were involved in exploiting the Night Club, I've determined to deny this.
