He doesn't care about his ban because he hasn't even apologized directly to the people he's affected. The issue with his appeals is that they are so insincere and fake, and if you don't see it then you really need to look it over. He constantly goes off about how he "mass exploits" and how cool it is that he has that stigma attached to his name forever. He doesn't care about the server because he's mass exploited on it numerous times and been involved with it even more. If you think he cares about this server, why in the fuck would he destroy one of the key points of the entire fucking server. It's one thing to ruin one person's fun, but it's a whole different story when you ruin an entire community's fun.

From all of the times I have spoken to Tamaninja, he has never once brought up his ban reason on all of the occasions he was banned for exploiting, so I don't get where you get this "He constantly goes off about how he mass exploits" statement.
Also, I don't see how you can tell that a appeal is insincere as well as fake, does he need to constantly say sorry throughout the entirety of his appeal?
Let me ask you something similar to what Red asked, if he did not care about the server, why would he appeal his ban, why would he go through the efforts of playing other zarp servers to get unbanned? He can easily just hop on one of his many alt accounts to ban evade and have some people on the server hook him up with items.
The points you're making are somewhat baseless, and I think your response is based on your relationship with Tamaninja.
This is just a opinion though

About directly apologizing to Niko, while I do think he deserves a direct apology this is as far as I will go, I have no respect at all for him as all he does is makes jokes about the fact that I am a Jew, I think we both know you only want me to directly apologize to him just so you can have a laugh.
About bragging about exploiting, I have yet failed to realize when did I ever seriously bragged about it.

The reason I'd want you to directly apologize to him would br to show some sort of sincerity. I don't even mean through voice, just a simple message or two would be fine. I understand that you used the exploits to your personal gain, but in turn it fucked a key point of the server and there are money/items from this that are still in the economy to this day because of it.

It clearly wasn't your intention to ruin a huge part of the community, but you didn't think about the long term effects, and that's exactly what happened. In my opinion, you should not be given another chance as you come on time and time again abusing unintended game features to rip people's items and for personal gain. This has absolutely nothing to do with my relation with you, because if it was anyone else in this situation, I'd have the same opinion. But that's the thing, there isn't, because you're the only one that keeps doing this. I don't give a shit about a single player, but when that player is literally jeopardizing the integrity of a server I've grown to love over 4 and a half years, that's an issue for me and many others.

If the reason you exploited was only for "personal gain" how could anyone know you won't do it again?

You can't, just like you can't know if Nafe will give everyone headadmin and unban everyone, I am trying to regain trust to prove that I won't do it again, again, this is why Im appealing this ban
