Story
A month ago I was arrested and I was dead inside the PD, when I was bailed I noticed I respawned so I immediately thought I can abuse it to rip a mummy, I asked Oxy, Lyle and Dont kill me pls if they wanted to help me rip Niko's mummy, after they agreed to help me we waited in the PD for him to get arrested, later on we RDM'd him, bailed him and arrested him again so we could kill him again and again until he lost his mummy.

Extra information
Looking back at my actions I have realized my mistakes and how dumb my actions were, I owe a huge apology to Niko for ripping his mummy, AlphaLyle, Oxy and Dont kill me please for getting you involved and the CM team for causing you trouble.

I have recently start playing BHOP daily so I can prove that my attitude has improved, as well as browsing the forums throughout my time banned, I have also recently reported an exploit that me and EiPUS found.

You've shown absolutely no remorse for your actions as I doubt you've even apologized to Niko directly even to this day. AFKing on Bhop on every other day doesn't show any sort of attempt in changing your reputation for the better. You also seem to think that your mass exploiting reputation is some sort of joke, as you continuously make it out to be one. You are not serious about this ban at all and I'm almost certain that you will pull some dumb shit again in the future.

When I play bhop he isn't usually afk from what I see, also he uses the teamspeak quite abit so that would make 2 servers that he is actively playing/communicating on.
The fact that he is playing and using these servers with a positive attitude to the people who interact with him, should show that he does care about the ban, why else would he want to play servers he never usually plays to get unbanned?

He doesn't care about his ban because he hasn't even apologized directly to the people he's affected. The issue with his appeals is that they are so insincere and fake, and if you don't see it then you really need to look it over. He constantly goes off about how he "mass exploits" and how cool it is that he has that stigma attached to his name forever. He doesn't care about the server because he's mass exploited on it numerous times and been involved with it even more. If you think he cares about this server, why in the fuck would he destroy one of the key points of the entire fucking server. It's one thing to ruin one person's fun, but it's a whole different story when you ruin an entire community's fun.

Tamaninja clearly cares for the server or he wouldn’t be appealing his ban, if he truly wanted to ruin the server he could of made alts instead of spending time on the other servers to get himself unbanned.
