Story - I went on SSRP and Capone starts a nuke, immediately after I walk over to rich where they are nuking, he starts talking shit in chat. I retaliate and begin talking shit to him, which yes, it was a really dumb thing to do, the best thing I could have done in this situation was to just ignore him. But to be honest, I've been fed up with his constant shit talking for years now, and it finally boiled over and I spoke my mind to him. I said some really choice words, but I wouldn't have called it harassment as I only mentioned his English skills one time, and after I was told to stop, I did. Also in the ban request, Tama cut the parts out of the proof that showed Capone starting the argument, and him disrespecting me back, which I had to get myself and show people in TS.
I understand that I have a massive problem with being argumentative, and like what I said before with breaking rules, I'll try to change it. I used to get like 10 recents every 2 weeks which was insane, but I made a promise that I'd tone it down, and eventually it happened, and I rarely get punished anymore. In my honest opinion, I feel like a perm for this was a bit excessive, even after I showed them that I wasn't the one that started it, Onion insisted to keep me permd. I've waited 2 weeks to appeal after my first one, and I would really like one more chance to prove that I can stop arguing with anyone that gives me a punishment.
I've also been playing some bhop and occasionally surf on some days just as another server cause I found em pretty fun tbh.
I'd like you guys to consider this because I've been banned for 5 weeks, which in my opinion is pretty damn long for what I did. I also recently contacted Capone over Discord to try and sort out our differences. I was pretty harsh on him in not giving him a chance to show that his attitude had changed for the better, but after talking with him, I see that he has made some progress.

Hello Sam the Sausage,

It's been about 5 weeks now since the ban was placed and we've had no issues at all from you in the community, to my knowledge or anyone else's. What you need to know from now on is that the starting and/or joining arguments had become quite a large issue with you over the past year and it needs to stop. This most recent incident was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak, we want you to know this is the last time we expect to see anything of the sort happen in the future.

I understand that it seems unfair that you got such a huge punishment in comparison to the people who started the arguments and so this is what will happen. The conclusion that I have come to is that the ban will be reduced to a week, I know you have already waited just over a month now, but outright removing the ban doesn't feel right and I feel this is the best direction to move in.
