Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?
Scammed a guy for 1$ (paid him back now)[1].
Ban evading to pay back the scam so I could get unbanned (which ironically got me banned again)[2].
Ban evasion (Just wanted to fuck with Woggles a bit, which I shouldn't have done since it wasted his time)[3].

SSRP.

Time - How long were you banned for?
Perm.

Story - What happened?
I scammed Red X for 1$ (we had both planned and agreed that I was gonna scam him) and we requested and admin so I could be banned[1].
I ban evaded to pay back the scam since I didn't think it would be such a big deal[2].
I ban evaded one last time to get my last account back and to see Woggles' reaction (Again, shouldn't have done that since I wasted staff time)[3].

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?

Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.
You guys have been saying that I haven't been apologetic enough when in reality, I've been as apologetic as I can for wasting staff time. I honestly just wanna help a guy out then I'll be gone again (I won't be wasting staff time again though).

Just as I said in the last Thread. We can see that you are trying to somewhat be "apologetic", but you are not showing you have changed by just spamming appeals. It shows nothing to us. Just as I said before you need to wait some time (not 2 days per appeal) or play another server and show a better attitude. If you carry on spamming appeals and show no different we will just carry on denying them. Have a good day appeal again once you have changed your attitude.
When you next appeal I would also recommend your signature instead of trolling with it.
