Staff Members Name - Groot
Punishment Reason - Ardm and RDM
Server - TTT server
Story/Situation - There was a guy, who shot me once, and i killed him the first time, he shot me once more in another round, i shot him, but i gave him a helt regenaretor (i was a detective), and i still got a warning. Groot didn't see what happened, and warned me two times completely random
Extra Information - Nope, that's all.

It cant be my job to provide you proof, i cant see the logs? - I'm not always recording. It should be groot that needs documentation of all hes administrative actions? He has NO PROOF other than the "bubbles killed "name"" in the logs, he didn't see the situation outfold! If i was an admin, i could literally just warn people without reason, and just hope that they wasn't recording... There's more to it than the logs, the logs doesn't hear the voicechat, it doesnt register missed shots and so on... I have 3 warnings now on a server that i honestly REALLY enjoy, and i've been playing legit? I have positive karma...

it would make no sense if a staff member had to document and save evidence for every single report and punishment that they gave out on the server. And yes, it does make sense that you should make an effort to gather evidence when appealing a punishment you have been given, how can we just believe that you are telling the truth and remove your punishment when you have provided nothing that would prove your story?
