through the investigation it was noticed you shot him for no reason. so you're saying, the cops stop me for speeding but since they only stopped me for speeding they cant arrest me for having cocaine on my lap.... no matter how little cause it was only for speeding.

ok so i work as a cop.. now if i have a run in with someone and they're rude and then i run in with them again i'm not gonna give a warning ill slam the book at them. now say they're respectful and stuff ill give a verbal warning. as i said hes been toxic to me before so im gonna slam the book.
