If I'm not mistaken you discussed this "false" punishment with Mytic, then me, and afterwards uzi. You've not provided any evidence to prove the staff member(s) wrong as I've already told you in-game and i highly doubt anything will change.

After speaking to Mytic we have both decided to keep the punishment on your rapsheet.
If the concerned user was breaking rules before to raid your building, it would be easier for you to just make an F1 rather than killing him for no reason because you thought he was going to raid you again.
