Reason - Alternate account

Time - perma
story -I was initially banned on my main account for one month, and because the staff were aware of my alt account, that account was also banned. However, a mistake was made that resulted in my alt being banned permanently as opposed to the duration of my main ban.
Extra Information - I'm hoping this can be resolved and that I can join the server with my alt again. Thanks!
