Story/Situation - What happened? So basicly there was a topic about countries, one [Censored], and Republic of [Censored], so I said that being racist isn't cool and it hurts other people, but ofc there are two countries, [Censored] and [Censored].. I got muted then for racism, so I used my mic to say [Censored] is a country, and got gagged for this.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? proof in replies, and it will hurt for my mod

Good evening KrecikS.

Thank you for making this Punishment Appeal.

After having a discussion with Stuny regarding the situation that occurred it was determined that you are in the wrong.

Even though the: "0 Tolerance Policy" was removed, there still are rules that forbid you from being discriminative. Long story short: "All forms and similar ones to the n-word are strictly prohibited on the ZARP services"! Not to mention you continued after being gagged, making this punishment even more valid. Also i find it quite weird that from almost 200 countries on this planet you decided to discuss those 2 specific ones which have a name similar to the N-word.

Also just wanted to mention that if he wanted to, Stuny could have warne you for loopholing. Although IMO that would be too much at this point.
