Story: So I see that niko has a hit of 5k so I try to kill him he kill me ok.
Then I went to the electrical / suburban area, then I remembered that when I was warn for this but it was a mistake and I could claim a hit somewhere in the area except where I died.
Then after SOLRE takes me for what I did while I had quite the right.
So he tells me that it is nlr and ban me without me being able to justify myself and talk about what is happened.

( in this subject, it happened the same choice)
Extra Information: I made this subject on one side to lift my ban BUT, to clarify that SORLE was not respectful with me and did not let me justify myself and say why I did it.
In conclusion, if the SORLE Admin was patient, maybe I would not have needed to make that appeal.
moreover, if we want to apply a sanction because the person has done that, we must ask why he did this by justifying himself and afterwards if it is not reasonable to apply the sanction.Not to put sanctions directly because the person did that.
It's not my will to make a problem but people like niko or others could be the ones who create problems
Update of extra information: me when I play on this server SSR I get harassed and I do not want it to turn to drama (bad mood) but people like niko or another make me crack. if I could a penne reduction for the new reason and the time that is allowed it would be nice (I told you Richard)
Moreover, I have proved to you that I am a good player by playing the very platform zarp and the letter of excuse is just that with all this bad reputation around me people treat me differently (some player)

After speaking with Dr.Richard and Sorle we came to the conclusion to deny this appeal. You have been verbally warned multiple times to stop rulebreaking and harrasing people. Show that you deserve to be unbanned by showing better attitude.
