Story - Nikoo and his friends have been RDMing me ripping suits and ignoring F1's for quite some time now and I had just lost the last of my money to it. I think most people would be at least a little upset in these situations, so when I called Freddie something in OOC only moments after he said the same thing to someone else (Which I reported), I was pretty upset when Clarky came to warn me for it. I should not have told Clarky to go fuck himself but I would hope after understanding the situation most people can see that it's complete bullshit that Nikoo has been able to abuse his power like this.
Proof - People have been online (Henny, Kato, etc.) and witnessed it going on.

First off, I dont even remove your f1s, second off I have actually been handling most of them however your f1 was instantly handled by Henny, so not my problem with that, third, you were caught saying "kys fag". When Clarky confronted you about this you told him to go fuck himself, your attitude is so poor in-game.

See I haven't even ripped anything of yours, nor have I even tried, but from what I've seen on your end, you have a really stuck up and snarky attitude. Wouldn't be surprised if almost everybody found it to be annoying.

After talking to clarky we've decided to deny your unban appeal, the reasons behind this decision are you have multiple recent punishments and 2 cases of homophobia, you ban is justified under no circumstances should you use homophobic language, you don't know who it might offend. Wait out your ban and change your ways before rejoining the server
