Admin's name which warned and disrespected me
Steam-ID - steamcommunity.com/id/mountandwarr
Server - Dark RP server 1
Time And Date - 18:45ish BMT
Reason - RDM
Story - (What happened?) When doing the raid I was told about a KOS sign being (what I assumed as we were nuking) in the (in front) rich district, I shot someone I saw walking in the suburbs waking toward the district and shot at them. Then I got froze by the admin sworn at and called a retard by him before being warned with rdm.
I thought there was a KOS sign in front of the district and shot trying to defend the nuke.
Evidence - Screenshots attached and talked to Dr Richard already about the swearing.

Lmao u literally said you shot him in suburbs if u shot him in rich tunnel fair enough but i hardly doubt you had enough players there to own both rich and suburbs completely and shooting someone in suburbs that was sinply walking? Like please did he attempt to shoot at you in rich or did you just fancy a cheeky kill! Did he show any sign of being a raider because if not although i disagree its most likely going to catagories as rdm. This happens alot or used to as in people did this to bait people into rdm although im assuming this occured on this admin in question correct? In which case I doubt he woukd bait rdm and in which case personally i could understand it being an accident but thats just personal opinion.

Yeah I understand what you mean, I didn't really take a long look as I was trying to defend the nuke. I apologized to him after and had no idea I actually shot someone against the rules on Zarp. Good evening Banksye.

Thank you for making this Punishment Appeal.

After chatting with Honest it was established that the warn is completely valid, as you said: "I thought there was a KOS sign in front of the district and shot trying to defend the nuke". We see no reason to remove the punishment, next time be more careful.

As i have promised, i have talked to Honest regarding his approach and the way he handled the situation, it will not happen again, sorry for any inconveniences.
