According to yogi if you pass an unidied body and someone kills you its apparently kos on suspicion

Sure you need to provide evidence to get a warn removed, but was the punishment correctly given out to begin with? If Yogi didn't withness it or open a chat to get insight into the case, then he shouldn't have punished the player to begin with.
