Story/ Situation: so I was counter-raiding the bank as a cop and after many tries, I successfully retook it and on my way out of the bank a friend of mine killed me and while he was defebing me i missclicked and respawned and i came back to the bank district without realizing then Kyber froze me and he asked why I was breaking nlr i told him what happened and he let me go then a min later a wanted gangster started shooting me while i was in the pd district so i started shooting to and accidentally killed Kyber then he tp'd to me and warned for nlr / rdm.

Extra Information: my intentions totally weren't to break any rules also i haven't had a warning for over a year maybe more and i have no reason to intentionally break rules and i tried to contact you ingame as soon as you warned me, i made an f1 and waited over 2h then Tama told me you were afk then i check the consol and you were online then i told him to recheck and said you were ignoring it. in the end, i did break the rules but just take to consideration that i had no recents and hopefully you change your mind.

Good evening VeGoVeVO.

Thank you for making this Punishment Appeal.

I have spoke to Kyber and he had informed me of what happened. You were given a verbal by him for breaking rule 2.3 NLR and soon after you killed him (2.2 RDM). We see no reason as to why the punishment should be removed. You also have to understand that even if it was crossfire, it still counts as RDM, here is the rule:

2.2 Random Death Match - In order to kill or harm another player you require a valid role-play reason to do so. Crossfire is not an excuse for killing people nearby where you are raiding or shooting.

The Punishment will not be removed.

bruh ik the rules as i said in the appeal i broke them but at least take to consideration the story and that i didn't lie also i haven't had a single warning in over a year and it wasn't my intention also as soon as he froze me i told him to check the logs since that was my friend who killed me but it doesn't matter now just try to consider what i said..
