Story - What happened?
So there was a 20 minute sit regarding accusations of rdm, the only valid video where i rdmd was seen and i was punished for. The guy then posted a ban appeal on me on the forums as i did an unwarn appeal. Dr Richard offline banned me without even knowing the whole story. I had already been punished for the rdm therefor the ban should not have taken place.

VIDEO 1

Within this video my friend God Emperorr gets tased by a cop and the "victim" stands over his body, i seen this as a threat to my friend being arrested. I then tried to pull out my gun to kill the cop but my bind was not working, i then rebound the key and equipped my gun to kill the "victim", although it was seconds later it was a reasonable amount of time and within the same life.

Within this clip i have broken no rules it was someone else who had killed him, i have no weapon out within this clip.
VIDEO 3

I approach the cop in order to lure him to the bank, within the clip i am clearly holding a machete which could not have made the loud gun noise that damaged him.
VIDEO 4

Within this clip i return from being afk and the "victim" who states i was harassing him is clearly doing it to me, Within the clip i type out /me stop or die and after it is typed he swings his baton at me, therefor he clearly did not stop and had to die. NO RULES WERE BROKEN HERE.

This video is just a perfectly good example of him harassing me, i am just bhopping whilst he follows. He also made no attempt to arrest so he is clearly corrupt.

This video shows Philips questioning the disrespect he received from the "victim", we then went to the garage where Philips then killed the "victim".

I would like to be unbanned as i had already been punished for my actions. Might I also add that the "victim" changed his name in order to try offend me, he changed his name to "FaZe CarKey has a small penis". Prior to this report he had been caught printing outside the map as a cop. This guy is just causing trouble.

Yesterday, after reviewing the videos, you actually broke two rules in the recordings.
Gattonero warned one for one of those, and Dr Richard warned you for the second RDM.
I've decided to give you another chance, if you rulebreak again within a week, you will get banned again for a week.
