Story: I was trying to bait someone into agreeing to out of game so I could report him and get him banned because he is someone i dont like hiwever he reported me and I got banned.

Why I should be unbanned: No transaction ever took place and I had no actual intent to trade out of game. Reflecting on what I did I now realize it was wrong and I shouldnt have acted as I did. Clarky had ever right to ban me and I probably deserve it but I love this server and it is the only server I play on. If I am to be unban I will make sure that this never happens again. It isn't my job to decide whether someone should be banned or not no matter how much I hate them its the staffs. Pls unban me

From what I heard is you asked a lot more than just one person.

Can I ask why you also tried to add me on Steam a few hours prior to your ban?

You never mentioned bait or anything like that in the sit, you was genuinely trying to buy it but got bamboozled in the sit so don't lie in your appeal thanks

I talked to 2 people both of which i hate and dont trust why would i legitamatly try to buy something off of them first of second of clarky when u were talking to me i was trying to deal with something irl thats why i didnt say much then i was banned.

No transaction took place, Kalll got unbanned for selling out of game in under 24 hours after his ban, I don't see why he shouldn't be.

So what I am getting from this is that you had a premeditated plan that you did not share with a cm, and then use the excuse of, "I was dealing with something irl"???? Literally it would've taken you 5 seconds to tell Clarky what your intentions were. To me this just looks as if you are digging for a very shitty excuse.

I mean i dont think i can be banned for out of game when no transaction ever took place and no matter what I was disuscing you dont know my intent.

If you want to try and "bait" a person into buying shit you should really inform the CM team beforehand and see if you are allowed to do this. Yes because unless the person said explicitly that there intent was to actually trade and profit i dont think its fair to assume so no matter what the evidence may point torwards because u simply cant know whats going on inside their heads and nothing ever took place of the sort nor did a transaction between me and any other person take place so I dont think its fair that i got banned for out of game.
