Yes because unless the person said explicitly that there intent was to actually trade and profit i dont think its fair to assume so no matter what the evidence may point torwards because u simply cant know whats going on inside their heads and nothing ever took place of the sort nor did a transaction between me and any other person take place so I dont think its fair that i got banned for out of game.
