TOPIC: [SSRP] Ezehzz Demotion Appeal

So, today after the meeting, Onion contacted me on discord and said this,


So, everyday when I play I spend like 50+% of my time spectating and punishing users. Him saying "lack of your duties on the server" is completely false. I have been staff multiple times for over 3 years in this community and I have never abused (except for yesterday/2 days ago when I apparently handed out a false warning) and I don't think I have over 3 accepted reports during these years.

I recently took a break from SSRP to play other games, so I can try to come back without being bored. When I came back, I did some F1's and then I started spectating & punishing without forcing them to make an F1. If people come up to me and say they got RDM'd, RDA'd or whatever, I deal with it. Most staff on this server responds with "Make an f1 and we'll come shortly" and then they start roleplaying again, without actually dealing with the report. I really don't understand how people that abuse can get second chances while I'm sitting here, getting demoted for not doing F1's.

I told Dead that he can check the logs to actually see that this is true. He said he'd actually look into it and see if it's true or not. It's just stupid how Onion and the other LT members can come up with such things like "you were brought up for demotion for your lack of duties" even though I am dealing with rulebreakers almost all the time.

Onion has been chasing me for multiple days, spamming me to deal with F1's even though I deal with rulebreakers and I can't have any breaks at all. He's been spamming me so much so I ended up deleting him on Steam because I got so annoyed.
Today, I was at the nightclub just talking to my friends, there were a few F1's and Onion told me to do them like twice. I gave him a response such as "I have been dealing with a lot of rulebreakers today, can't you deal with some instead of spamming me to do them?" and he just teleported me, grabbed me and told me "I DON'T CARE" and then he let me go.

I just hate being accused for doing shit. I've gotten accused of abusing to destroy nukes, abuse bank raids, ignoring Lead Team Members even though Onion is the only one I have ignored because he's so immature and annoying towards other staff members. I'm sorry to say but it's true. He always contacted me.

I don't expect to get my rank back, I just want Dead to look into it so I can prove that I've been dealing with stuff for so long.

You know Ezhezz, sometimes, you think you do a lot more than you do. You should learn to listen to Onion because he knows better than you

Ezehzz ive been with you for the longest time. I do feel that this demotion is to harsh. When arguing with lt members i constantly told you to not react to it and keep a respectful behavior from times to times you did not listen. But those are the negatives. You've done alot from f1's to helping out players there are things against you but its just little things as the good things you have done overpower it. I hop you keep your rank

Ezehzz always did an amazing job as an admin, dunno what happened between you, onion and your duties ngl but I believe you

its probably because the LT dont actually see if you do a good job or not they just want to see the F1 number increase and if it doesnt increase they demote you, regardless if you actually doing a good job.

Ezehzz shouldn't have been demoted, official warning would've been enough. He might not be on top of the f1's always but I can say that I know for a fact he punishes rule breakers. No reason at all to fully demote him (Unless there was a previous official warning).
