Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? clarky
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? chair exploit
Server - What server did you get banned from? ssrp
Time - How long were you banned for? perma
Story - What happened? i was bank raiding with vego vevo and db killer then i get teleported by clark and told i was apparently chair exploiting and perma bans me.
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. i had a couple chairs placed around the map (not in any exploit area)
