TOPIC: [SSRP] Bear Mears' Ban Appeal

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? claimed 'mass RDM/LTAP'
Server - What server did you get banned from? Zarp darkrp server 1
Time - How long were you banned for? 2 days
Story - What happened? I was playing earlier on a virtually empty darkrp server(literally, 3 other people), got bored and built a small arena. i then had an agreed upon shootout with a guy, which continued in the area around the small arena by spawn *however it was literally only me and him there*.
an admin appeared midway through a battle and froze me, warning us both. I clicked 'agree' on the warn, then logged off to walk the dog. I just tried to join the server now to find i'm banned for 2 days for mass RDM and LTAP
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No as i wasnt aware i was going to be banned
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I was looking forward to playing the halloween event and was talking about it before i left. then i got banned for 2 days i've played here for several years now, have VIP, and havent been banned for anything before to my knowledge. this seems vastly disproportionate

You really shouldn’t have been banned if you had already been punished, on top of it being extremely harsh in the first place

you have an awful attitude and every time you're dealt with by a staff member you lose your temper.

I changed the title for you man. Yeah you really shouldn't have been banned if the story is true. Nafe I mean, just because his attitude is bad doesn't mean that the ban was deserved

Oh that's who you are! 2 things, I wasn't aware that i was breaking a rule & was bothering no-one at the time, just quietly making a dupe. 2nd thing was I couldn't hear you, your mic was too quiet. I don't keep Gmod voip on high, I'm sure you can appreciate why that is

then pretty much after that when I tried again(in the *right* job) a bunch of people you included, knocked my shit down and raided the bank. That's known colloquially as a 'dick move'.
Another thing, what do you mean by 'every time you're dealt with'? I've been 'dealt with' by you and 1 other. Every other time I've spoken with staff this week has been to do with reporting RDMers.
I'm not a routine rule breaker. Why would I pay money to a server for VIP to get banned off of it?
