Story/Situation - What happened? i was havign some banter i was shooting oxy and he killed me a couple of times. not sure if i accidently ripped an item of his or he was in a sit. but it was no longer banter and i was jailed
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)?
- if he said to stop i would of
- i thought we were just having fun but it was at the time
- i am sorry to oxy for what i did and hope he can forgive me for this.
- i will not kill u randomly Unless i am 100% sure u are fine with it
- i fell like a warn isnt needed and we could of just talked about it instead

Good Afternoon Warren. Thank you for making this Punishment Appeal. I just had an chat with OxyFoxy, i have been informed that the RDM was intentional and that the warn is valid. You haven't provided anything to prove otherwise.
