TOPIC: Wrongly perma banned?

Ok so I got perma banned for racism. Even though a guy typed this in the chat and got away with it:
Shitty Names #REMOVERANDOMCRITS: NIGIGIGIAGIGIAIGAIGIGIGIGIG

So I report him and in my report I quoted this to prove he was racist and got a perma ban? This must be a mistake. Especially since my last temp ban was for loophole raicsm when saying a guy's name which was Ed Nigma...

What do you mean? They admitted to the last ban being a problem, this is the exact same thing.

You are not perma banned you just got an automatic ban for having 4 active warns.

How long does that last then? And what were my 4 active warnings? One was definately false, the others I dont know.

Well they better fix it soon. This is one of my favourite servers and I'll be damned if I'm gonna get banned due to bugs that remain unfixed by complacent staff.
