Story/Situation - I was reported for RDA, breaking NLR and ARDM. I didn’t RDA and I definitely didn’t break NLR, luckily I was only punished for the ARDM. I was pretty sure I saw the person with a tommy gun so I was going to weapon check to make sure, as I approached they started to run away. I chased them for a long time while hitting my weapon check bind many times, unfortunately after watching this persons video I now know that I wasn’t actually in range for them to see my /me’s so they carried on running. To me this showed as them ignoring me and trying to avoid escape the weapon check so I was going to arrest them, realising I couldn’t arrest them I decided to shoot them (going by the rules it says you can kill if they resist arrest) and as I shot they suddenly stopped and turned around, now I decided a weapon check would be better than killing so I stopped firing. As I went for the weapon check they killed me. This was an honest mistake on my behalf and I genuinely thought he was seeing my /me’s and ignoring them. I now know to get closer and it won’t happen again.

It’s a shame that I’ve been out ever since I logged off straight after the incident and only just got back now at 1:00 AM to find the report against me. Meaning I didn’t get chance to explain myself.

I do apologise to gattereno for this incident, but at the end of day I shot at you once with an mp5, and then you killed me. Anything else you were reporting me for I did nothing wrong.

I'm truly sorry that i had to do this, but it was clear that you broke ARDM, so i had to do my job and warn you for that.
I can agree with sorle on this, the punishment i have given you was unecesarry and stupid, and the report it self was even more retarded.
Lucious is handling this so we will have a chat soon, because i just recently woke up.
