TOPIC: error reducing my ban?

Okay so my ban appeal got accepted and reduced to 2 months but it still says perma

Im positive i reduced your ban that day right after i accepted it, really weird well im having internet issues atm as soon as im able to get on gmod i will make sure to fix this and lower it accordingly from the last appeal date, this can be locked.
