TOPIC: [TTT] Warn Appeal

Story - First ones pretty simple, from BlueCider I killed a guy who left two Un'ID'd bodys for 10+ seconds, got reported but his report was so delayed i forgot killing him so it was just something like "i dont remember killing you?" I shortly left the game since i had to go and forgot to actually fight my case, so see this video i recovered that shows it wasnt really RDM.

Second warning was from Miia for "T-Baiting" now Miia I appreciate that you really really like your rules but am i not able to mess around with C4 with others when youre online? No other admin or mod seems to have an issue with innocents messing around clearly with C4 but you seem to insist on either A: killing people who do this or B: Warning people for it.
Now, i can see this warning probably wont be removes as it is technically against the rules, but lighten up yeah?

Third one is a very old one, I dont know who gave me the warning but basically i killed "Mr. Asian Andy" and a C4 detonated and he level'd up, when i say this in the report im told that "thats not valid", however just today Miia (not attacking her here since i think its pretty fair) did the exact same thing of killing "c.t.c" after his C4 caused him to level up. Seems a bit inconsistent so I don't see how its fair that I was warned for it in the past.

If you look at the body timers you can see he left them for at least 10 seconds since it took me 5 to come back down from killing him.
No other real proof for the other two warnings.

I would lighten up but this was the second time i have caught you planting C4 as an innocent. You can have fun but do it in a way that does not break any of the rules. It is a traitorous act to plant a C4 so as an innocent you are not allowed to do it, not to mention you have no control over who is in the blast radius when it goes off.

And yet nobody else in the entire game had a problem with it, we were all having fun with it but you insisted on warning me. The only people in danger is anyone trying to defuse it if we are playing "the c4 game" or whatever you want to call it. The only time I have no control over it is when I arm it and then get killed by trigger happy people such as yourself.

i remember someone i think it was jigsaw or someone else that used to have c4s as inno and he would ask me ME IN SPECIFIC
and says Do u want to play a game and he plants the c4 and just runs he tells me i have to defuse it and that was one of my nightmares

Planting a C4 as an innocent causes loads of drama.

You state that other admins/mods wouldn't warn you. Well for one I would.
You know the rules that RDM falls into a Warning. And planting a C4 that could kill multiple people is a horrible idea.

As you knew what your actions could led to doing this in a location where people could get RDM'D is a bad idea.

You called this upon yourself.

I distinctly said they didnt have a problem with it, obviously if I caused an issue or killed inno's or just planted C4 randomly then any staff member would warn me. I thought i made it fairly clear that im referring to when people are messing around as such. Im not the only person who does this, im not saying others should be warned too, im simply stating that its a bit excessive when its announced in the chat "e.g Hey Genericplayer02 i killed a T and got some c4 you wanna play the c4 game" or whatever. Everyone in the area is aware of it since its done somewhere obvious e.g in front of the tower or middle of the nether ect. Nobody has an issue with it. If running round with a knife after stating "I am proven i may have a T weapon!" in the chat is okay, how is announcing c4 and literally getting others to agree to mess around with you, not okay?

Also you literally said it yourself, i announced it. I was with others and then i went to the nether to mess around. You know that because i told everyone, yet nobody else had an issue.

Because you just said "and mess around with it" you don't mess around with a knife by walking around with it.

With a C4 this is dangerous.

Also: if Miia decides to warn you for it that's still up to him.

I don't know much about TTT, but what i do know is that you CANNOT plant a C4 as a innocent! And this appeal is for what, confessing that you did break the rule and that it was just a simple game that was not going to hurt anyone!? There is no point for the warn to removed, you broke the rules, and got warned for it, simple as that!?
