TOPIC: i got banned for mic spam (!!3 DAYS!!)

Story - What happened? I did some earrape and then i got gaged then when i got ungaged i said that I am ga* meme in the voice chat and then time gose on then i just talked in the voice chat normal i said that a guy playing got 4 kills and that it whas cool and then i said who is gona get the next kill and then i got banned for 3 Days FOR MIC SPAMMING! i am sorry and i am just trying to have a littel fun but i see that you cant mic spam say racist Words or somthing like that I AM SORRY

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?

You most likely were banned for having multiple recent punishments as well

he was mic spamming, followed by that, he got gagged. After the gag he proceeded to continue mic spamming. Which followed up with kyber banning him due to him trying to annoy other players on purpose.

If I'm not mistaken you are also banned on TTT for racism so it's pretty obvious you have no intent on following the rules on our servers

Kyber is a respected member of the ZARP community, if he banned you for your continual micspam then there is no point even posting a ban appeal, you made a shit decision, and now face the consequences, and you should be thanking him for not giving you a longer ban!

Following my review I have decided to DENY your appeal. Please find my review notes below:


Brittmarie was banned for repeated mic spam after receiving a warning from Mansger and several gags from Kyber himself; approximately three gags were given within a 20 minute time-frame.

Brittmarie was also banned on TTT for similar reasons and had their appeal denied.

It is clear that Brittmarie has no respect for the server rules set out both for Prop Hunt. The ban supplied on TTT should have inspired a change of ways however after being banned on TTT Brittmarie moved onto Prop Hunt and repeated the same behaviour and did not follow the rules even after receiving multiple warnings.
