That is loophole Racism so it is a valid punishment, because of the zero-tolerance policy. If you want to appeal it use this template:

You were warned the first time for racism, i then made it clear to you that you are not allowed to loophole racist words on the server, you then proceeded to type "nlbda" which given our previous conversation was clearly you trying to loophole the word.
