Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? mass rule break or something

Story - What happened? so i was being propushed a shit ton and I backed up to get away and I ran somebody over and I was planning on defibbing him but then sorle picked me up and he was just gonna tell me to be a little more careful but then oxy came in and banned me perma.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? no
Extra Information - Anything you think may be relevant to your ban. I'm sorry for running that person either and also oxy was on the server when there was mass rule break but his excuse was "I was at work" but as soon as I cdm'd someone he banned me.
Im sorry for rulebreaking even though it was not my intention considering I wasn't trying to rule break.

You have one shitty attitude towards zarp in a whole. You just came from a perm ban and came straight back into shit talking with your friends, trolling and minging. You havn't changed one bit since the last ban appeal you made. When you start shit in ooc and on the forums you will play the victim and act like everyone in the world is agiest you, and play your little "i cut myself" card and its kind of just pethetic and this whole ban appeal maybe should reduced from a perm to maybe a month or just denied.

I've spoken with Oxyfoxy and we've decided to deny this appeal. We feel you should wait longer, as well as you were given alot of chances to prove that you've changed but ended up fucking those all up.
