Name - The overlord/overlord harper
STEAM-ID – STEAM_0:1:79374644
Admins Name – continuroy
Reason – Scamming and ban evasion
Server – zarp 1
Time – 7 days then upgraded to perma
Story –
Hi i was originally banned for scamming within the zarp 1 server. this was then upgraded to a perma ban after i went onto and tried to transfer my funds into a different account of mine on my computer and using my little brothers account to do so. I am sorry for committing this offence and shouldn't have lied about it within the last ban appeal i made to get the ban revoked. That was a year and 2 month ago now and i have been able to go and reflect that i shouldn't have lied to anyone in an appeal or to admins especially and i wish to have this perma ban revoked ans i do greatly enjoy playing on this server as i spent hundreds of hours doing so and also spent money to improve my playtime by purchasing the booster packs. Would i be able to have this ban revoked so that i will be able to play on your servers again?

Proof –
Extra Information – I have thought about it now and after a year and a bit away I would like to come back and play with everyone else on the servers again if it will be allowed

Hello , heinzster. I have had a look through your appeal and your rapsheet and since the person that has banned you is no longer a staff member I have come to the conclusion myself to deny this appeal due to the fact that you have 3 ban evasions after that permanent ban and 2 of them are quite recent which means that you weren't sorry and you kept trying to ban evade thinking that your actions don't have consequences which is not true. I suggest you prove to the staff team that you are capable of maintaining a clean rapsheet and good attitude on other zarp services / servers and re-appeal again in the future for now consider this denied.

i didn't not try to re ban evade as when I was going I kept clicking onto zarp servers to see if there was any change in the nature of my ban , the reason it kept coig up as ban evade is because I share my gaming compter with two of my siblings and all of us have steam account sna have gameshare on which then meant that if I just clicked onto zarp on any of the rpofiles it said that I was ban evading and the anti cheat/anti ban software banned me again and denoed access to the serves

Hey there The overlord. So after some further look into this and contacting many people, I managed to convince LuciousS to have this accepted. I read your replies and it's clear to me that you have no clue how the whole system works. So we agreed with LuciouS that you will only be unbanned after speaking to either one of us.

If you can you should join our TeamSpeak3 server. IP: ts.zarpgaming.com and look for either myself (SkeletonWarrior / csontvaz) or LuciouS.

After one of us talked to you you will be unbanned. If there are any issues post it on this thread.

I spoken to the user and clearly explained to him how the system works, it was juts a simple misunderstanding with having 2 siblings using the game family shared.
