Story - I understand the fact I already had 2(?) active warnings which I don't dispute, the last warning which leads on to me being banned I feel was a bit unfair. I killed a guy who was sniping in the tower, and then im told that is joining a gunfight and get the warning/ban for it. Now, in my opinion, thats pretty dumb. I have to wait for this guy to finish sniping someone before i do anything? Imagine youre at the tester and "Dr. NoScope" is sniping the guy next to you from the tower. Now youd be lying if you say "yeah id just wait until he killed the guy then KOS him!" because you would just KOS him for sniping on the spot. Literally I got warned because i was already at the tower, instead of saying "KOS" or waiting for someone else to take the fall and KOS this guy. Even without that, one guy sniping on the tower without saying anything is pretty darn traitorous but hey I may be wrong.

The guy who snipes could've also wittnessed how the player next to you killed someone and not IDing their body, thus he'd be about to kill a T.
So yes, unless he is shooting you, you have to wait until he killed the guy next to you. And if the killed person was an Innocent then go ahead an declare a KOS them.

But how you described it it sounds like you joined a gunfight/killed on suspicion.

From the situation you described that would be joining gunfights which is a rule, if you haven’t checked that rule out then make sure to. I’m interested as to how many recent punishments you had because I doubt it was 3.

At the time of me warning you for RDM you already had 8 recent punishments. Active warnings are different from recent warnings, actives should if they are not still broken last 1 day and lead to an hour ban, recents last for 2 weeks and you can be banned for having too many of them. As for the situation that got you the last warn you killed a player who was sniping at someone killing a detective, if you have no proof as to which one is a traitor you cannot join a gunfight, you have been playing on this server for a while now and have had plenty of opportunities to read the rules.

Not disputing my recent punishments as I mentioned, I know how they work. I disagree with my most recent warning that lead to my bank.
