Story/Situation - first of all, i saw a guy who built in the mines a room thingy that had a keypad and a fading door, he was inside of it afk mining.

i talked to an admin " i'm not sure what his name was, i'm pretty sure he was an admin and i didn't know him cause i usually play on server 1 ", i told the admin the room that the miner built isn't allowed isn't it? and he said " no it's fine ",

" i tried to get the name of the admin from the console but sadly the last thing i had was when i lost connection to the server. "

after that i built a room with a fading door and a keypad & it didnt really block the way, there were lots of players who mined with no problems but my props were so close to the rubies, i started the autoclicker then after an hour i think i saw a warning on my screen saying " 8.6 building near mining entities "

Extra Information - i talked to the mod who warned me " AFKminer " and he was kind enough to rethink about the warning, apparently he thought that i got verbally warned before or something and i told him that i did not and that i've never got warned before and this is my first one, he then came to the discussion of unwarning me, he tried to unwarn me but he couldn't cause it's not an active warn so he asked me to appeal on the forums.

i still did something wrong i admit it, i'm very sorry for building near the mining entities, i've never broken a rule or got verbally warned before, i should've checked the rules again and made sure that it is allowed. i apologies again, but i think a verbal warning would've been better, that's why i talked to AFKminer and when he heard my story he as i said tried to unwarn me, but he couldn't which is why i made this topic.

Hello , Mr. Fombasto. I have had a talk with the staff member that warned you and have come to the conclusion to accept this warn appeal , you do seem very apologetic in your appeal and AFKminer was a bit too fast in his actions and was willing to revert the warning , id suggest taking a look over the rules again or asking for a staff member to help you out im terribly sorry to hear that a staff member has misinformed you, we will try our best to avoid that in future occurrences.
