Reason - I had 3 active warnings and this one made 4
Server - ttt
Time - forever
Story - I got 4 warnings and instead of getting banned for 60 mins I got banned forever
Proof -
Extra information - I'm a templar

The user was never banned by an admin, it was an autoban that has already expired. As the user is now able to join the server i guess this can be locked.
