Story/Situation - What happened? So I get an Official Warning because I RDMed Kurze and Prosyndicate. With Kurze I miss read the rules and I am greatly sorry of RDMing you. Prosyndicate Misclicked me so I misclicked him back. Which I probably should for just left it but I did then I misclicked him again so I RDMed him 2 times. I’m sorry Prosyndicate for RDMing your 2 times and to Kurze for RDMing you 1 time.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? I know Prosyndicate IRL so I know he would have taken it as a joke.

One of the lead team told me that you've RDMed him in the name of banter. You were apparently told to stop but didn't. I don't know if this is completely true but I do trust him in his words

You have had your fair share of RDM'ing and I have told you off before.
Even when RDM'ing me I told you to stop. When its banter fair enough but seems like you pushed this time.

Once you have the "Okay we can bant around for a bit" that's fine. But not without both agreeing to it.

It's never ok to RDM, even if it's just banter if the staff member decides not to report you/take action because they thought it was banter that is on them.

In the future I think it'd be better to confirm it is just banter between both parties, otherwise, it results in people getting annoyed and punitive measures having to be taken.

My take on this situation is that yes, I can understand you want to have fun. But rdming another staff member, one creates a bad impression and if they don't agree, its even worse. The fact that you did this after being told to stop doesn't help your case. You need to learn how to take criticism.

You were also acting very immature, and i don't know if this was a reason for your official. But you were being very disrespectful and annoying to myself and other lead-team members.

In my opinion, this was justified. You are going to need to improve your attitude and learn to follow the rules, even if you are just messing around for "banter".

Lol you should have definitely been officially warned if you were RDMing people, doesn't matter what the context is. If they reported it, it obviously wasn't appreciated. Even if it wasn't reported, you should never be rdming as a staff member even if it is your irl friend. This will most likely be denied, if not I will be surprised. Good Luck!

lmao I thought you would at least know by now that actions have consequences. Take this official as a lesson and grow up as if you keep with this frame of mind, you won't have to worry about being staff anymore.

This is perfectly valid. You RDMed staff members and thus your actions result in consequences. Also while reading through this i saw kurzex's post with him saying that you have RDMed on multiple occasions. You will be better off being safe than sorry the next time you plan on 'jokingly' RDMing because in anyway RDMing is a rule and that rule applies to staff too just like every other rule does.
