Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? Prop Minge. Prop Minge
Server - Which server did this occur on? SSRP 1
Story/Situation - What happened? So I was hobo at spawn near the dark sign and see ashy put some props down, I then spawn in some barricades as seen here steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1501739066, he asks me to stop I said I do not have to the rules state I am aloud to be here and place my props here he then warns me for prop minge.
I then asked him if I can place a couple props there and screen shot them to be evidence of what I did in the appeal he said yes, I start to upload the ss and when I come back he warns me for prop minge again, before I had chance to delete them.
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? I don't want Morgan to handle.

From what I was told you were asked to stop and continued multiple times ignoring both his verbal and the two warnings. Staff's word is final and I already spoke to you in game next time to handle it differently, but regardless you made mistakes here and I believe the warning should stand. Pfffff, i took a F1 today where he was accused of RDA, and before i could even ask for their stories he RDA'd the guy that made the F1 during the sit. Not to mention his behaviour during the sit, he disrespected both me and the guy that made the F1, i warned him for both, after getting warned he still continued so i had to call in an Administrator with who i agreed on to jail him because of his poor behaviour. He still doesn't understand that "Staff word is final". Saw him break more rules after but didn't take action because it would seem as targeted harrasment. If you are asking me, we should be discussing if he should be banned instead of discussing about removing his warns...

I talked to ArranAsh and read the report thoroughly. I also met you in-game, and you've been having really poor attitude and you've been intentionally trying to make staff members have a bad time in-game. Regarding this instance you were spawning props where he was building, intentionally trying to annoy him and get a reaction out of him. You were told multiple times to stop, and the two punishments you were given were on two different occasions. These punishments will stay because of all reasons mentioned above, as well as there not being enough/valid evidence that the warnings were false.
