Server - TTT

Story/Situation - Not sure, I woke up today to find myself auto-slain and warned for 1 round for RDM, I asked an admin on the server to look into it and he said all he could see is that it was for RDM

The only thing that pops into my head that I have done that could be classed as that if the words are twisted is that I saw a guy with a sniper shooting in to a crowd, with no comms and no reason to shoot, so I killed him

Which pretty obviously isn't RDM

Even if there was someone shooting at people, you should wait until he’s actually killed someone and check the body to see if it is innocent, or if he doesn’t check the body at all. Hey man I'm just gonna keep shooting into a crowd of people with a sniper so I can't be kosed until I kill someone

Depends if it's just generally shot at multiple people in a crowd then it's not rdm.

Thank you for taking the time to make this appeal. After talking with the moderator that warned you i have come to the conclusion to deny this appeal. According to Seabear you were warned for breaking rule 2.5 as your reason for killing a player was that you saw them shooting and they did not call it out, in cases like that you still need to wait for the fight to finish as they shooter could still have a valid reason to kill the player they were shooting at. You then left the server while the report was was still on you so there was no chance for seabear to open a chat to get the full story, you should not leave when you have a report on you and if you are unsure as to whether there are any reports on you it is best to ask staff before you leave.
