Story/Situation - I was hanging around with a guy and some Daniel was next to the Traitor Tester room and he shot at us he hit the guy next to me and I said KOS him not only cuz he had a traitor weapon the usp but also he Shot at us... And i got warned for RDM- be more carefull ???!?!?!?!?!?!? I had a very good excuse to kill him and i get reported cuz he raged....
Extra Information - I had a good reason to kill him the warning is invalid.

Hello LXIX!. I have reviewed your appeal and I have come to a decision to deny your appeal. Firstly, Daniel announced in chat that he had a Traitor Weapon, meaning he can't be KOSed for that, and Dr. House checked the logs and found that Daniel didn't shoot first, meaning you killed him on Suspicion.
