Didn’t Nick try and demote Anna for this which was denied.

Not going to give my oppinion on this as I don't know the situation. However when it comes to your last official being 2 months ago. TS3 officials work differently than other officials as there's only 1 meeting each month (depending on certain circumstances) and therefore you can't really point that out as why you shouldn't have been demoted

I'd just like to point out that this was not for immaturity in spacers.

This demotion was due to several different aspects, including an absolutely unacceptable attitude recently, several situations involving misuse of powers to randomly move people into / out of channels / joining channels randomly and immaturity, seen across the community as a whole.

Nickolas has been spoken to several times about this since his last official, including multiple times within the past few days. Saying that nothing has happened recently is an outright lie, as you know full well that myself and DEADMONSTOR have already spoken to you about this just a few days ago, and then it still happened again since then. As far as I am aware, you have also been spoken to about it by other Teamspeak Head Admins.

Your last official, even though it was a couple of months ago, can still be used against you, as it shows you have not learned from doing this in the past. Official warnings have no point at which they become deemed "inactive", and you have done this consistently since the official warning, hence a demotion is necessary. Teamspeak and Forum meetings do not happen very often, so we tend to use official warnings for a longer time, as can be seen from Anna's demotion a while ago from Teamspeak Head Admin in which she had not had an official for 3 - 4 months.

This demotion is entirely valid, and your attitude across the community as a whole needs to be improved drastically if you want to avoid situations like this.

So here is my opinon in the situation. I know for a fact I have talked to you at least twice on the situations at hand that got you demoted. The first one me and Xnator wanted to talk to you we asked you to come in and then you started arguing with us and later left after calling us "Retards". That was on Thursday (23/08/18). Then there was another incident where you randomly moved 2 staff members into our channel when we were talking to you. After you doing so we did inform you once again that this was not allowed so it should have been fresh in your mind at this point. 1-2 days ago I got a report saying you moved another teamspeak staff randomly in a channel for no legit reason and he just moved back out afterwards. I will get him to either comment on here or I will edit his name in once he responds to me on steam.

Nick overall I have talked many times about your attitude across the community as a whole and I am pretty disappointed that it led to this as I really did think you were changing however you just kept doing it apparently. Hopefully you can change this and please for god sake fix that you are always getting into unnecessary drama. It is not needed most of the time and could be resulted in listening to the other party.

I am not going to get into arguments on here either if you want to talk to me message me on steam.
