Story/Situation -
Even though nobody gave me a specific scenario (excluding a 1-time event) of which I was already talked to by Raeker and it was resolved, I feel like the situation was not handled properly as I had absolutely no chance to defend myself and quite frankly I deny most of my accusations. My last official was months ago and that somehow used against me this month (I'm only assuming because I was demoted without an official first). I find it completely unfair that I wasn't given a chance to defend myself in the slightest and from my understanding, it was a 1-time scenario (which I admitted to my fault) but I was demoted for it anyways.

I doubt the person that brought me up will talk to me because ~~he knows it's unfair~~ he/she would prefer to remain anonymous.

P.S I have made an educated guess as to who it and I think I've hit a bullseye

I was not present for the TS Meeting so I don't know how it went down. From what i've heard tho the demotion was quite valid. Officials don't work as normal punishments and can last a while so your argument about the official was a long time ago is not applicable. As for the rest, i'm unsure about however I can tell you that there are some choke points to work on before you get TeamSpeak staff again.

I don't think you actually read my appeal, I clearly mention that in my opinion the situation/situations was mishandled as I was given no chance to defend myself, I don't recall making any of the mistakes for which I was demoted in the past month excluding one isolated incident which alone should definitely not deserve any form of punishment.

Your official warning is still entirely valid, especially as Teamspeak meetings are only once a month. An official being used for a demotion within three months, especially on Teamspeak, is an entirely valid demotion. I won't really comment on any of the other stuff. I haven't heard any specific scenarios of you joining spacers without permission, but people said it happened so... yeah. If someone else is being a minge, just rise above it and ignore it. I agree that some people have a personal dislike to nick, and their bias was most likely influenced their decision, but that dosen't mean nick so do the same.

That was the advice I gave Nick when he spoke to me about it, but I do believe there is more to this than just joining spacers.

I would like to add the fact that I was only immature in private spacers with my friends and when it came down to staffing I was always serious, if we were to start demoting people for having fun with their friends we might as well have no staff team. Sorry if you took my post the wrong way, probably my phrasing, but I was trying to put into perspective that Nick was not causing any harm and breaking any rules as such and I couldn't see it as a problem and a factor of his demotion, I will edit my original post so it does not include you if you do not wish to be mentioned.
