Firstly, you need to use the ban appeal template, which can be found here.

Secondly, according to the admin that banned you (political idealist), you left the game multiple time to avoid punishment

"I had like 3-4 instances where when I just teleport to them and I start addressing them they instantly stop doing whatever they're doing and disconnect. The RDM is the punishment they were trying to avoid"

I see discrepancies, and lying on your ban appeal isn't going to help your case.
