Punishment Reason - What was the reason of the warning(s)? so called "RDM"

Server - Which server did this occur on? SSRP Server 1

Story/Situation - What happened? I join the server to raid the nuclear launch, I head towards the oneil industries base, I see OxyFoxy is standing outside the base as, he is part of the gang and taking part in the nuclear launch I decided to kill him and the other gangsters around him as they opposed a threat towards me.
Once the nuclear launch had been destroyed OxyFoxy proceeded to teleport to me and question me on why I killed him, I told him that I was raiding the nuclear launch, he did not believe me and therefore he warned me for rdm and told me to appeal on the forums.

Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your warning(s)? OxyFoxy did not give me enough time to explain in detail why I had killed him. I find this warn un-needed as prior to this I had no recent warnings.

Okay to make it clear if there is gangsters outside the area/building of the nuke with no guns out you cant just kill them cause you "feel threatned" even if oxy was apart of oneil you cant just kill him like that. Thank you for appealing. Having talked to OxyFoxy, I see that you're lying in the appeal.
First of all, you got warned for RDMing the two jewish mafia members that were not part of the nuke. You also acknowledged you killed people that were not part of the nuke in the sit that followed.
Second of all, you explained your position according to OxyFoxy, and the sit took approximately 10 minutes and you were trolling him in the sit. He patiently sat through your 200 IQ trolling while you were telling him "he bought his jugg with IRL money" and other idiotic remarks, and he gave you more than a chance to justify yourself.
Consider this denied, don't lie in appeals or it'll get you into more trouble than you already are.
