Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? Sorle
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? killing 3 people after they hit me with there car
Server - What server did you get banned from? darkrp server 1
Time - How long were you banned for? 5days 1 hour
Story - What happened? they drove into me so i shot the car killing 3 of them then i insisted to sorle that it was aloud as they did damage to me which i now know isn't allowed.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Considering i have no warnings it isn't worth a ban and he didn't even check to see if i had warnings

You have been running people over in spawn claiming its "the road" if you read the rules properly CDM states that it should be avoided whereever and whenever so this road claim is all false you are full speed raming your car near spawn hitting the wall and killing even more people after that. I knew you didn't have warnings, however you showed me NO respect during the sit. You repeatedly spoke over me and I made it clear that if you kept speaking over me, you'd receive a ban. Your attitude was disgusting and you were trying to "bait" me in order to get proof of a "false ban" - which I stand by being entirely valid.

You constantly try disproving staff members when they TP to you, instead of justifying your actions. This is backed up by LuciouS's post above. To put it in a more vulgar manner, one could describe you as being a "smartarse".

And then you poke me this on TS:

Why should I allow you on the server when your attitude's this poor?

After discussions with Baxter and Sorle, I have decided to deny this appeal. Your attitude was terrible during the sit despite the rulebreak being valid, and you continued to harass him in TeamSpeak after the ban. He made it clear that if you continued, you would receive a ban, and you continued.

I want to see your attitude improve before you return to the Zarp servers. I would recommend re-appealing in a few days
