So i came back after like 5 minutes afk going to the toilet and getting a drink and i see dr house shoot someone for what i knew, no reason, so i assumed dr house was a tratior and killed him
Then he warned me

I haven't had a warning in like 2 years and tbh don't want a warning for something unreasonable

You did join the gunfight. 2.5 Player Versus Player If two individuals are fighting and you have no proof which could be the traitor, you must wait before joining in the fight until one player dies and they either; identify the body/the round ends/you question them. Literally admitting to killing on suspect or as I put it "joining gunfights" since I was shooting at Nay and you would've had to wait until I IDed the body plus you would've then known that Nay was a Traitor thus making me proven Innocent but you didn't do any of that.

I suggest that you re-read the rules of the server mate and you'd know that this punishment was very well reasoned.
